A committee is a permanent body of the branch, performing a task vital to the mission or purpose of the branch. Committees should have a chair or co-chairs, and shall keep minutes to be approved at the beginning of each subsequent meeting, and made regularly and easily available to membership. These can only be created, reformed, or removed by resolution voted on by members at a General Meeting.
